The GZ200*4-1BS pallet type below-bunghole fully automatic filling machine features 1 filling station per machine, capable of visual bunghole positioning, automatic filling, and manual removal of filled heavy drums. Constructed with S304 hard connection pipes and valve system, this machine offers high integrity, heat preservation, and superior safety - ideal for filling chemical products in various drum sizes from 40L to 1000L.
The filling nozzle incorporates an internal-type metal-sealed bottom valve and compression-type graphite packing shaft seal, ensuring zero dripping and high temperature endurance. Features casing insulation for steam or hot oil heat tracing capability.
The machine features a comprehensive safety interlock system that prevents operation when the drum is improperly positioned or the filling nozzle isn't aligned with the bunghole. The telescopic pipe automatically retracts upon contact with the drum surface.
Equipped with TRANSCELL stainless steel nitrogen purging sensors integrated into the weighing platform and UNIPLUS instruments in the control cabinets. The low-profile (10cm high) weighing platforms maintain high temperature resistance.
System includes four roller conveyor sections: empty drum infeed, weighing, filled drum outfeed, and filled drum wait-shovel. All conveyors (except wait-shovel) feature power rollers with explosion-proof motors and reduction gears. Low 10cm profile enhances operational safety.
The optional palletizing system efficiently handles completed drums, transferring them two at a time onto pallets via gripper mechanism. Automated pallet management includes empty pallet release and completed pallet positioning for forklift access.
In 2018, DAESUM delivered 3 automatic visual positioning filling lines to Guangdong Qingyuan Company, significantly enhancing their chemical production capacity. All systems remain fully operational with excellent reliability and safety records.
